Slap this baby on your work and let it rip! No more fiddling with clamps and awkward positioning of your ground! Each unit comes with our replaceable copper “Burn Bar”. These bars allow you to quickly burn off any excess wiring hanging out the front of your mig gun. Simply hold the wire against the bar and tap the trigger to burn it off!
- Patent Pending Burn Bar allows you to quickly burn off any excess welding wire when MIG welding. Weve all been there, you go to weld or transition to a new weld and you notice there is too much wire hanging out the nozzle. You have to take off your hood, grab your wire cutters and get back to welding. Not with the Burn Bar though! Simply rest the excess wire against the copper Burn Bar and tap the trigger to burn it off and get right back in the weld!
- High Strength magnetic ground makes setting up quick, painless and gives you a consistent connection. No more trying to get your ground clamp to secure to work. Just slap this on and get to welding! The Cobalt Samarium magnet provides a high clamping strength with the ability to withstand the heat of welding without any loss in magnetism.
- 6061 Aluminum CNC machined body is designed to efficiently conduct electricity and shed heat quicker than cheaper units. Cooler running temps=longer life span. Unlike cheap steel units, Aluminum is vastly superior at having lower electrical resistances which in turn makes for a cooler running welding ground. Aluminum also sheds heat quicker than steel. Paired with the special designed Magnum cooling fins, a natural passive radiator and heat sink is made further keeping this ground running cool

WOW, not only is this product very useful but the quality is on point! That’s not it, when I first ordered it, it got lost in the mail. I contacted Amazon and they emailed WCR, and he emailed me back apologizing for it (not his fault), but he 1 day shipped another one PLUS his other tools, also stating to keep the other one if it ever shows up! If this isn’t customer service I don’t know what is. Thank you Danny, love the tools!
This has been an awesome upgrade that makes a huge difference in day to day welding. The magnet is strong enough to hold on any metal surface at all angles and has maintained its strength through hundreds of hours of welding. The contact is solid, so arc stability is noticeably better compared to the traditional clamp grounds. The burn bar allows me to get rid of extra wire quickly so I can get right into welding. For people who work on odd-shaped pieces, frames, or anything where a normal clamp is annoying to attach, this thing is a game-changer.

I couldn’t tell you. I never received the product. I reported and was told to wait because sometimes they show as being delivered.Update. Product showed up and I'm extremely happy with the quality. Connectivity and design is Excellent and better yet is made in the USA. Don't let the price scare you. As they say, buy once cry once!
